Woodside & Boemanns, P.C recently hosted an Open House and Blairsville Union County Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. Close friends, family members, and business acquaintances enjoyed a delicious luncheon and friendly networking during the event.
Ms. Boemanns says, "The main reason we had the open house was to let people know where I am now located. There has been a wonderful turn out and we want to thank everyone for coming. I also want to thank Edie, Rick and Amy Pollin for catering this event and Delores Hone for the wonderful apple cake!"
Boemanns specializes in real estate and wills. Her areas of practice include real estate, wills, probate, title searches, title opinions, title insurance, closings, loan closings, 1031 exchanges, foreclosures, rental contracts, lease with option to purchase, and sales contracts. Her Legal Assistant Amy Pollin, a licensed real estate appraiser since August 2007, is also available to help meet clients' needs.
Virginia (Ginny) Boemanns has been in Blairsville, Georgia since 1977. She graduated from John Marshall Law School on June 1, 1974 and received notification that she had passed the Georgia Bar on that same day! Ginny's father, William E. Woodside (better known as Woody), was the Woodside part of Woodside and Boemanns. Woody moved to Blairsville in 1974 and opened a law practice that same year. His daughter (Virginia) joined him three years later.
