Styles by Kelley is a Blairsville, Georgia tradition for ladies looking for a hair cut, permanent, color, or shampoo and set. Through the years clients have become close friends and loyal customers. Most wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Owner Gwen Dillard and daughter Jackie McCray have many years of combined experience in the salon business. (Gwen has been at it for 43 years.) They offer cuts, trims, permanents, different types of color including foils, up-dos for special occasions, pedicures, manicures, eyebrow arching, waxing, and yes, even old-fashioned shampoos and sets. Jackie says, "We keep up with the latest cuts for our younger clients but we still do teasing around here, too. Lot 's of our ladies don't want a new hair style."

The Dillard are well known in Union County. Gwen Dillard and her husband Jack (of Jack's Electric on Young Harris Highway ) have five grandchildren. Jackie's two attend Towns County schools. Son Lon Dillard, owner of Byers Well drilling, has three children in Union County schools.

Styles by Kelly offers a selection of various beauty products including - Nioxin (for thinning hair), Redkin, and Vavoon. The shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and half a day on Saturday. Special appointments can be arranged for other times if needed and walk-ins are also welcome.

Styles by Kelley has been in the same Blairsville, Georgia location for 20 years. They are located off the Blairsville Square right behind the Blairsville Chevron Station at 71 Rogers Street.
