New Flowerbeds at Post Office in Blairsville, Georgia
It's not been long since a vehicle ran through the front wall of the Blairsville, Georgia Post Office building in Union County. The incident caused quite a scare and an even bigger mess. Everyone concerned decided that a good way to prevent such accidents was by installing sturdy rock flowerbeds.
Blairsville Postmaster Ken Underwood says, "We shouldn't have cars coming through the wall now. They put one on both sides just in case." Postal clerks Susan Shook and Harlan Underwood are happy with the addition to the landscape. Everyone is eager to see what will be planted.
The two new beds are tasteful and attractive. They will add color and green space to the area in front of the Post Office. North Georgia Stone Hardscape Materials and Belgard Hardscape Design are doing a great job on the project.
