December 14, 2007 - Midas Auto Service and Tires opens in Blairsville, Georgia
Midas Auto Service and Tires recently hosted a Blairsville Union County Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting and grand opening. Friends, family, and members of the community visited the new auto center located at 1125 Murphy Highway in Union County. Bill Earnest opened the festivities with a prayer of thanksgiving and blessings. Guests enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, Christmas decorations, and opportunity for networking.
Midas Auto Service and Tires offers oil changes, air conditioning, heating, towing services, custom exhausts, alignments, transmissions, mechanical repairs, tire sales, and much more. They feature Bridgestone and Firestone tires and provide a comfortable showroom and waiting area for customers.
Owner Andrew (Andy) Gay says, "We are happy to offer a wide range of services including servicing imports. We do factory scheduled maintenance, brakes, 35 point inspections, fluids, wiper blades, and radiators. We check your vehicle for safety. We do more than just a quick lube job. We want you to be safe and we want to get it right 100% of the time." Andy adds, "Oh, and of course we do mufflers. We can make them quiet or really, really loud."
